Vegan Diet for Better Mental Clarity

Popular self-development blogger Steve Pavlina gives his reasons for being vegan in Why Vegan?. Of course you already know that a vegan diet is great for reversing heart disease and diabetes, and you probably know about the ethical aspects of a vegan diet as well. But did you know it can give you much more energy and mental clarity? Read Steve's post for his story.

I don't agree with some of his points (I don't think it is a good idea to stop eating cooked food and beets, and I wish that his calories don't matter if you are eating only vegan whole foods statement were true) but it is good to read about the benefits of veganism from someone with a totally different motivation.
